Toe spacers are great and so is the rock mat! Love using the toe spacers when I do my mobility days of fluid movements and stretching. The rock mat stays out near my desk and I get up every couple hours and stand or walk in place on it for a few mins. (Even my cat loves it!) It’s definitely helped my balance as I sometimes balance on one leg on the mat for up to 5 mins each let.

Toe spacers are totally good for me. Rock mat did flare up the “bad” area where my plantar fasciitis was vulnerable. I was unable to return mat due to hygiene policy. Bottom line, I will use the rock mat in a limited fashion. I would think twice before ordering the rock mat if you have ongoing foot issues.
Great, it feels like it’s challenging my toes to work instead of be little free loaders, but is also comfortable and easy to do while working on the computer or mobilizing, you forget they are on there. I like to use the toe spacer while standing on the mat after the shower and I feel like it sends happy little zings into my tootsies.
