Wearing Toe Spacers for as little as 10 minutes a day can help to improve foot mobility and repair damage from wearing narrow toe box shoes.
Realigning the toes to its natural shape helps cover more surface area which improves stability.
Made with flexible silicone to fit comfortably while active.
Stretches intrinsic muscles and combats the negative impact of narrow toe box shoes.
The Toe Spacers are made with flexible silicone that stretches across all foot widths and is not based on length of the foot.
Wear your toe spacers during pre/post workouts, mobility training and barefoot training once your feet have adjusted and become comfortable in them.
When starting out, we reccommend wearing Toe Spacers for 10 minutes at a time whilst watching Netflix, reading or during a passive activity.
The Toe Spacers help realign the foot to its natural shape so the foot is in its optimal position to support the upward joints such as ankles, knees, hips and lower back.
We recommend to start with 10 minutes and increase the time as you get used to them. Once your feet adjust you can wear them for longer periods, in the gym and while stretching.
Success is dependent on how often you wear The Toe Spacer, physical activity, stages of the bunion, how often appropriate footwear is worn etc... Some movement in the big toe may be visible within a few months. It really is dependent on level of time and dedication spent on trying to reverse the bunion. The Toe Spacer can help stop the progression of a bunion in its early stages and can provide relief to the pressure from narrow shaped shoes.
Many of our customers and athletes work out and stretch wearing Toe Spacers. This is something we reccommend working up to.
I haven't had them that long but it does seem to be beneficial for my feet. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and I think the spacers are helping that a bit. Longer term use will make it clear whether they are making a real difference.
From the first day of using, I noticed a difference in how my plantar fascia felt and the improved spacing of my toes at rest. I would highly recommend the toe spacers and Rock Mat to anyone looking to improve the health and mobility of their foot and lower extremity. These products have been a game changer in situations that require specific attention to foot/ankle health.
Where do I begin? When the product arrives, and you rush to lay your eyes on your new buy, upon opening the box the simplicity and elegance of the product itself leaves you asking, is this it? They are rubber, they separate your toes, that is it, but after 30min of wearing them you begin to notice just how effective these simple cuties are. Personally, I have had issues with my tibialis anterior muscle and my CrossFit coach wanted me to start wearing these during my recovery. I haven't had an evening where I don't wear these around when I'm reading, or watching a movie, or just relaxing. They are easy to put on and easy to get off. As a budding UX designer, I love just how simple the design is! You don't even need to read the directions--which read bumps down essentially--that is a nice product design! I got my first set, and then a week later bought two more: one for home, one for my travel bag, and one to keep at my partner's house; having ADHD I forget to bring things places so I stash multiples around so I don't have to. However, these little guys are so cheap, why not? Do your feet a favor and get these!
The toespacer works great. It has helped my foot tremendously. I am a Personal Trainer. Im on my feet all day plus I workout a lot so my poor feet take a beating. My heals started hurting and starting having numbness in my foot. My sister sent me the link to toespacer, I thought I’ll try it. Im so glad I did. My heals do not hurt, my big toe is going back to its original space, im starting to get the feeling back in my foot. Thank you so much!
I wear them while I workout and they don't move around at all! I have ruptured both of my achilles so foot health and mobility is very important. The toespacers have been a game changer.
