We recommend to start with 10 minutes and increase the time as you get used to them. Once your feet adjust you can wear them for longer periods, in the gym and while stretching.

Success is dependent on how often you wear The Toe Spacer, physical activity, stages of the bunion, how often appropriate footwear is worn etc... Some movement in the big toe may be visible within a few months. It really is dependent on level of time and dedication spent on trying to reverse the bunion. The Toe Spacer can help stop the progression of a bunion in its early stages and can provide relief to the pressure from narrow shaped shoes.

Many of our customers and athletes work out and stretch wearing Toe Spacers. This is something we reccommend working up to.

    Good but difficult.

    I've been wearing them regularly and I think I see some improvement. Only problem is they're super difficult to get on. Once I'm past that though they're OK so far.

    Overall Decent Product

    So far my experience has been pretty good. In the past I have used Correct Toes. I find Correct Toes easier to put on and more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. Once you get the hang of putting on the Toe Spacers it is pretty easier. They are definitely tighter on individual toes so I only wear them for an hour or so at a time. The price difference is substantial and because of that, I think the Toe Spacers are a great option. It just might take a little time to figure out how they best work for you.

    Amazing - Highly Recommend

    I have been using my toe spacers for about 1 month now and I love them. I feel my feet already getting stronger and have the ability to be more balanced. Highly recommend them for any person that wants to be active.
