The Toe Spacer

We've levelled up and redesigned our toe spacers to better suit your needs. The Toe Spacer 2.0 is designed without the pinky strap to allow the fifth toe to freely move and encourage better range when pivoting.

We've also added in our logo and continue to use a flexible yet sturdy silicone to allow for a comfortable fit when active.

They also can help with plantar fasciitis, bunions, corns, hammertoes, blisters or overlapping toes.

The Toe Spacers come in a set, one for each foot, suitable for all foot sizes.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend to start with 10 minutes and increase the time as you get used to them. Once your feet adjust you can wear them for longer periods, in the gym and while stretching.

Success is dependent on how often you wear The Toe Spacer, physical activity, stages of the bunion, how often appropriate footwear is worn etc... Some movement in the big toe may be visible within a few months. It really is dependent on level of time and dedication spent on trying to reverse the bunion. The Toe Spacer can help stop the progression of a bunion in its early stages and can provide relief to the pressure from narrow shaped shoes.

Many of our customers and athletes work out and stretch wearing Toe Spacers. This is something we reccommend working up to.

    Great!

    I wasn't sure if this was going to have any effect on me, my little toes are the type to be curved and hidden behind the one next to it and after my first use I could actually feel the muscles being used and stretched! I've been using it every night and have hope that it will help realign my feet and toes to how it's supposed to be. Will recommend for sure!
