Toe spacers are great and so is the rock mat! Love using the toe spacers when I do my mobility days of fluid movements and stretching. The rock mat stays out near my desk and I get up every couple hours and stand or walk in place on it for a few mins. (Even my cat loves it!) It’s definitely helped my balance as I sometimes balance on one leg on the mat for up to 5 mins each let.

When my massage therapist suggested the Toe Spacers - I laughed. But I figured they were worth a try. Hip and Lower Back problems are driving me nuts. So I ordered the Spacers and the Rock Mat. Kind of awkward the first time I put them on, but by day 3 = WOW. A noticeable and tangible improvement in both my walk and how my lower legs feel. I wiggle my toes like a little toddler - haven't done that in decades. I have the Rock Mat under my desk and knead my feet on it while on the computer. Also pull it out and walk around, plus deep knee bends. I guess when you think about it, it makes total sense - your feet are the foundation. So do yourself a favor and get dialed in with some Toe Spacers and a Rock Mat. I have already turned on 7 of my friends to this great "discovery"!
I am very Happy with my purchase. Years of work boots and crushed toes have left me with sore feet due to congestion in footwear. This has helped alleviate that tremendously.
