We know starting to work out barefoot or wear barefoot shoes isn't as easy as it looks. The muscles, tendons and joints are not used to a sudden change of activity after years of wearing cushioned and narrow-toe box shoes. We've designed The Barefoot Training Starter Pack to help support you through the change and save you aches and pains. The pack includes the Split Mobility Wedge, 5 Loop Toe Spacers and Revive Balm.

Training barefoot or wearing barefoot shoes can make squats or other exercises like lunges feel uncomfortable because the body is not used moving without the elevation in the heel.
