I’ve only just started using it after I remove my toes spacers and I’m starting to see the difference already.
Works great. But for me, the band needs to be shorter and/or resistance heavier.
I didn’t realise how much I needed this until I had one. The benefits in my toe mobility/strength as well as overall foot mobility are massive, let alone the fact I am becoming more and more “aware” of my foot musculature after every use! Brilliant bit of kit.
Enjoying the band! My mobility in my feet has improved and gives me more relaxation through my body!
