      like a jungle gym but for your feet.

      What an item. helps with stimulating your feet without the cost of search for a rugged surface. At times I wish it was the length of a yoga mat but that’s overkill. Great accessory.

      Cool complement for a perfect start to the day

      I use it on the mornings to wake up all my body, I do my stretches on top of it (some squating, some walking in place), I even sit on it to do my daily morning meditation!
