We recommend to start with 10 minutes and increase the time as you get used to them. Once your feet adjust you can wear them for longer periods, in the gym and while stretching.
Success is dependent on how often you wear The Toe Spacer FLEX, physical activity, stages of the bunion, how often appropriate footwear is worn etc... The toe spacers can be washed in soap and warm water. Rinse and leave them to air dry overnight before use.
