Please take care when stretching the toe spacers to put them on and take them off. Excessive stretching or rough handling may cause the bands to snap.
The toe spacers can be washed in soap and warm water. Rinse and leave them to air dry overnight before use.
Alcohol wipes can also be used to quickly wipe the toe spacers clean. The Rock Mat and EI8THBALL can also be wiped down using a washcloth with soap and warm water.
The Toe Spacers are made with soft silicone which allows you to make modifications so they can fit your feet better. Here's how you can customize the toe spacers if you have webbed toes, find the spacers too big, or want to remove the big toe band.
1. Removing the spacer for webbed toes
Cut the edges of the spacer, closest to the bands ensuring the outer bands stay intact. Cut until the spacer detaches from the outer band and remove it to allow for two toes to fit into one section.
2. Removing the big toe band
Snip the ends of the toe spacer to remove the wrap around band.
3. Reducing size of the spacer
If you find the spacer to be too wide, you can make two small horizontal incisions at the edge of each spacer, ensuring the bands stay intact. Cut across vertically into the middle of the spacer and remove a chunk out of it to minimize the size.
