Toe spacers are great and so is the rock mat! Love using the toe spacers when I do my mobility days of fluid movements and stretching. The rock mat stays out near my desk and I get up every couple hours and stand or walk in place on it for a few mins. (Even my cat loves it!) It’s definitely helped my balance as I sometimes balance on one leg on the mat for up to 5 mins each let.

Love both of these - feel the difference in my feet after just a week. I use the spacers every night, and placed the mat in the bathroom to use while shaving or brushing my teeth. Two thumbs up
I have really enjoyed using both the toe spacers and the rock mat. I have had PF in the past and usually the first thing to get sore is my feet when I'm out on long trail runs. I wanted to change that and I believe these two items have been a great addition to making that change. It's been an easy and quick routine to throw into my day that hopefully will make a big, long term difference.
